SIGNificant E-Signing Client App Reviews

Does not work on our corp wifi, docs take ages to load on 3G. Signature capturing is laggy, app crashes on various occasions. Overall impression is very bad, I do not trust they got security right. So many established alternatives out there, definately not worth to check them out.

Clean interface and well laid out. Also easy to use without reading instructions. Two suggestions. 1. In order to really be useful, we need to be able to also add text to many PDFs, so please add a text input box. 2. If possible, could you make the signature function work a little faster? It lags behind your finger/ stylus enough to confuse customers signing for the first time. Other than these things, I really like it!

Deleting or reu ploading old docs fixes the error. Awe-inspiringness restored.

very good app, using the correct fonts in order to have equal lenght characters going in Workstep and going back to Standalone mode the document flies away!! you should correct this. if you add form simbols (ex for gender selection or other choices) this could be a perfect form application

The app is a good idea but the problem is that the signature does not embed when you e-mail the PDF!!! Plus there are some crashing issues. Its good idea for business people but not reliable for their business till these issues are addressed.

This app has good potential. However, as the previous reviewer stated, the email function to send signed documents is not working properly. If my customer does sign the doc, Im unable to instantly provide them a copy. Such a let down. I do like the fact that the docs are saved locally on the device. The design is also user friendly and easy to understand. I think this would easily be a 5 star app if google docs, dropbox,etc were integrated to import/export from/to. Unless there is an update to fix the email portion of this, I can not recommend this app. Would be great if youre listening and take action.

Easy to use but, it wont email the signed doc.. So some one needs to get this working before the put it online.

this app really helps me to sign 90% of the documents in my dayly business. I really cant imagine what i would do without anymore. pro: simple to use ans effective. cons: - signature graphics is a bit choppy when signing but fine in the document

Would love to look at this for a large business but app not working.

The app keeps telling me that there is some error that wont let me save it or send it! Severely irritating....

They seem to have shut down the server that was powering this, I am surprised to see it still in the App Store. It should be removed.

As a graphic designer I was looking for a way for clients to sign off on artwork proofs, this app seems perfectly suited for the task. It is also a quick easy way to collect a signature for a delivery or payment received. Id love to see an iPhone version of for this app! So far I have not seen any advertisements or any sign of this being a trial use only, or even any in app upgrades. Thanks for sharing!

I am always getting error pop up windows. I have deleted the app reinstalled and still the same thing. I think the app is a really good design but they get rid of all these errors it would be perfect

Can definitely appreciate this app, has made my life a lot more convenient. I can take care of business from literally anywhere now. It is however a tedious process to fill out the perfect document, but I make do!

I have not been able to get this app to open a single pdf. With each attempt, the message "an unexpected error occurred at the server" appears, and thats as far as Ive ever been able to get with this app. Time to move onto an app which will function properly.

For my needs. Im on the road a lot for my business. My assistant sends me any documentation that needs approval, I read and later, sign them. Great app!

I get my docs while on the road sign them and return to the processors or escrow or underwriter, this is the best app I carry on my iPad ....
